Contemporary Glamour Shoots

I've finally set up my new studio! It's been working out really great, especially now that I am shooting contemporary glamour portraits in natural light. The importance of a great portrait has become even more self evident to me. I've been doing alot of geneological research on my family, and every time I uncover a photo of a family member, it is so wonderful. In this digital age, we have so many digital pics of ourselves, but what if something were to happen to your computer and you were to lose them? A digital image also seems to get lost in all the 1s and 0s of the computer. Files hidden deep down in a folder somewhere, never to be looked at again. Having a beautiful photo of a cherished loved one on the wall, or in hand, is something you can look at every day.

As this winter continues, I will continue to work on my new portfolio, and have many sessions lined up already. Here's to a fun 2015!
